Excellent location, spacious apartment.

Many things did not work!! This included - ceiling light and fan in the third bedroom, some power sockets, toaster, barbecue.

Noisy as there was building works going on above us and beside us but this is unavoidable buildings have to be renovated etc

The apartment is beautiful. It occupies the entire 7th floor. Elevator takes you straight into the apartment. The views are breathtaking! We were a little nervous as some of the recent reviews were negative, but we did not experience that. Apartment was clean, comfortable with lovely clean furnishings with plenty of space for our group of 5 adults. Decks were clean and provided a good amount of sun and shade. Think sipping coffee in the morning people watching and the endless sea views. The location is prime and in the middle of restaurants and bars and it’s loud at night. We found that closing bedroom windows and shades got rid of 90% of the noise.

There is construction being done in the apartment above. For the most part it was not an issue as we were gone during the day. But one day, one in our party was not feeling well and he stayed back, the noise of the drilling and jack hammer was so loud you couldn’t carry a conversation inside the apartment. It shakes and rattles the entire unit. I think this should be mentioned on the listing site as if you are planning on being inside the apartment during the day it’s enough to make you crazy and ruin your stay completely! One day we had no water for over half a day, we talked to the construction guys above and they also didn’t have water either.

The balcony doors were in poor status very hard to open the main one and off the dining room you could not open it which was disappointing as there was a lovely sun trap. Cold water tap in main bathroom did not work and no plugs in the hand basins.
