One bedroom apartment walking distance to Puerto Banus

Property was well furnished, clean and modern. In a great location. Over all a lovely apartment :)

The balcony is spacious and amazing for a morning coffee, everything is there. The bed is very good quality, had a proper rest during the congress I was attending in the hotel next door. Apartment is good in soundproofing, once the doors to the balcony were closed it was nice and quiet in. Lance is a great host, flexible with checking out too. Next year I'll probably be back.

Nothing to do with the apartment, that was superb. Just avoid the Supermarket Super Banus around the corner, it seems they're consistently overcharging people "delivery prices" while regular prices are already high. The book in the apartment suggested more supermarkets near, so very helpful.

The location is perfect for , restaurants transport and felt safe

The bedroom is too small,a bit noisy at night,and the pool area needs some grass areas

In 10 years traveling with Booking, based on good reviews , it was our First time when bedding was not changed from previous renters, it was dirty , with a lot of hair and bad smells, Both beds was in this condition. And strong smell of mold in apartment. Couch and mattress in bedroom was also smelly, unfortunately. This place is ok, but need very good cleaning in every corner.
