The apartment was spacious, with all the basic and modern conveniences there, a well equipped kitchen, laundry machine (dryer not working) and 2 ensuite bathrooms, and an air conditioning system that’s powerful. The property is well located in the heart of the golden mile, that made it easy to get around even by foot.

From the first day upon arrival to Marbella, I have written to express my dissatisfaction for the lack of service and customer care that has been shown by RNTLs. Each issue I had pointed out has been brushed off as “you didn’t read the fine print properly” therefore it’s not our fault if you failed to grasp the poorly articulated instructions. I reiterate that the nightmarish process of having to go to a designated spot on street front (without a proper street address) to pickup the keys 15 KM away from the apartment to retrieve from a digital coded external letterbox that took 10min to figure out. The experience is really unacceptable. Imagine it was at night with minimal street light, or raining with little visibility and worry about security. There should be standard guidelines of operations for the management as well as guest, we should not have had to question where everything is, there should have been in internal printed fact sheet saying where each item is within the apartment and the procedure for check-in and check out. Furthermore, your imposed check-in time no earlier than 5 PM and check out time at 8:30 AM is very unreasonable. You have basically taken away a good half day from the clients use in the apartment.

Really superb apartment exactly where we wanted to be in a quiet residential area. I went there with my father and everything was very easily accessible for him. Apartment is beautiful, well maintained and contains absolutely everything you need for a wonderful and relaxing holiday. Furniture was top quality, decor was beautiful. I will be rebooking!

The single bed in the second room was slightly small for a very slim and not so tall adult. This was a very minor issue. Everything was really wonderful.

Good communication around the check-in process, quick email answering and clear instructions. Spacious apartment in a fantastic location 5 min from the beach. Beautiful gated community private pool. Well equipped kitchen, good quality bathroom showers. Overall furniture is quite old, but well maintained, and we found the bed in the master bedroom comfy. The balcony is very big and the view from it is absolutely gorgeous. The apartment is a bit dark, but it can be a bonus during super hot summer months providing safety from the sun. The aircon works perfectly in all rooms.

The keys were 10min drive from the apartment, so considering we had no car, we had to take a taxi, which was not ideal, especially with suitcases. Not a big issue, but the second toilet was broken and I notified the company, but it was never repaired during our stay. As it was just two of us, we did not particularly needed it, but my expectation would be for all appliances to be checked and working prior to the guest arrival. Both of the things were a minor thing that did not distract us from enjoying the stay!
