Location

Dark, dingy cupboard of a room on a par with student digs of old. Needs painting, bedside cabinets and all wires taping up. Some of the rate should be invested in the room as it is nearing the point where it’s location is not enough of a selling point.

it wasn’t a true representation of the images shown. it was a tiny studio, old and unkempt. it felt dirty.
