Absolut gigantische Lage, direkt neben den Top Hotels, man blickt von der Dachterrasse, praktisch nebenan auf die Rooftop Bar des Amare Hotels, das mehrere Preisklassen darüber liegt. Es war vermutlich auch mal ein Top Hotel, jetzt werden die Luxusstudios als Ferienwohnungen vermietet. Contra: Kein Concierge, Frühstück, Zimmerservice, etc. Die Einrichtung ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr sauber, kein Balkon, die Gemeinschaftseinrichtungen, wie z.B. die Pools, werden nicht so gepflegt wie in Hotels mit ständigem Personal, sind aber okay. Pro: Lage direkt neben den Top Hotels, Top Luxussuiten, Dachterrasse mit atemberaubendem Ausblick. Alles zur Selbstversorgung vorhanden, Küche, Waschmaschine mit Waschmittel, Bügeleisen, Nespressomaschine mit Tabs, ALLES. 1/4 des Preises der umliegenden Hotels. Man hat seine Ruhe. Im Mai wirkt es fast so als wäre man in einem Lost Place in Top Zustand, so leer ist es, hat seinen ganz eigenen Charme. Wer also Top Lage, Selbstversorgung und seine Ruhe in einer Luxussuite einem Hotel mit ständigem Personal vorzieht und nur 1/4 zahlen möchte ist hier richtig. Top Empfehlung!

Avete mai dormito coccolati dal suono delle onde nel mare? Beh per 10 notti è stata la nostra colonna sonora notturna. Bellissimo! Il nostro soggiorno è stato perfetto. L'appartamento era pulito e dotato di ogni comfort. Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente la vista e la posizione, davvero strategica, praticamente sul mare ma anche vicino al caratteristico centro storico di Marbella. La struttura è dotata anche di ben due piscine! Tutti i servizi sono a due passi: bar, ristoranti, negozi, supermercati, fermata dell'autobus. Una menzione speciale per l'host Aitor Acosta, una persona davvero professionale e gentile, sempre disponibile e pronto ad offrire il suo supporto in qualunque momento. Consigliamo anche il suo servizio transfer per l'aeroporto, preciso, comodo e puntuale. Grazie Aitor!

The apartment is perfectly located with great views and just few meters to the beach. The view from the window is spectacular! The owner offered great recommendations and service. Also very easy check in and check out. If I will visit Marbella next time, for sure I will choose this apartment again. Thank you!

Parking is a challenge at the apartment
