Heaven Beach Apartments Koh Samui

Moc hezké, plně vybavené ubytování, které má všechno co potřebujete. Lokalita je velmi klidná, resort má “soukromou” pláž hned u ubytování. Perfektní. Doporučujeme.

Úžasné místo. Hned u moře. Velice klidná lokalita. Majitel pomohl se vším, včetně pomoci při řešení zdravotních komplikací našeho dítěte. Díky za vše.

Beautiful and quiet location. House is clean and comfortable. We are staying in Samui long time, but when our family arrived to visit us we decided to rent house at Heaven beach and no one was disappointed! We think it’s one of the best locations in Samui for holidays

Great location with lovely view, quiet side of the island which we liked.

I liked the view and that it was on the beach.

The shore was not cleaned, the sea was almost knee-deep in the evenings and a little better in the mornings. After there were rocks and seaweed. I didn't like that during my stay all the time were construction works, which were very loud. When the weather was good I could walk away from the rooms and not to hear it all day long. But one last day was rainy the whole day long and half of the day we were forced to hear construction works. I wrote about this to the manager and he offered to refund me money for one night. i accepted his proposal, but later in the evening he said that owner refused from this and that I should submit a claim via booking customer service, what I have done.

Location was nice even though far from many things. But that side of the island is nice. Staff was responsive even though there was no management on site, which is a pity.
