Comfortable two bedroom home

Each room is almost sound proof with the old construction of the home and the AC units running. This was amazing change of pace for our family because our home with the open concept - no privacy! Clean, spacious, very cute and functioning old school oven that I just LOVED, my kids loved the high pressure shower, the beds were so nice and clean, it’s an old building as the whole neighbourhood is older, but it’s well kept. Has an air fryer, toaster, toaster oven if you’re scared to use the older oven, fridge and washer/dryer combo with a nice big area for beach chairs/dog kennels/extra air mattress or cot! The couches were comfy, my kids actually fought over who slept on the couch instead of fighting over a room. You also have your own little car port that pulls up right to the door to the stairs which is ideal during storms. The ceilings are NOT that low, either!

I’d say there were some things that showed the age of the building but that’s what comes with renting/owning an old building. (my family LOVES old homes and buildings so this was a cool experience for them.) If you prefer a pristine brand newly renovated place with all new furnishings etc then this may not be for you but we loved it.

Needs to be cleaned properly especially the stairway to the apartment.

Very comfortable apartment with easy access to surrounding area. The place was very clean and we enjoyed our stay very much.

It takes a little while for the hot water to warm up

Very comfortable make you feel like you’re at home.

The weather in Florida was cold and there was not adequate heat. We were freezing. Thankfully we were not in the property too much so it was manageable.
