Dimensioni della villetta, vicinanza ai servizi e spiagge

Pulizia pessima, area esterna non curata sia nella vegetazione che strutture( tavoli e sedie sporche ), mancanza di cartello per passaggio carraio ( siamo stati chiusi all' interno con la nostra auto da auto parcheggiata davanti al nostro ingresso ), erogatore doccia rotta, lampade non funzionanti,ventilatori sporchi o non funzionanti, cassetto del frigo rotti,
