Appartamento accogliente, pulito e ben curato, dotato di tutti i comfort e in posizione comoda. I proprietari sono gentilissimi, disponibili e attenti a ogni esigenza. Soggiorno perfetto, consigliatissimo!

We had a wonderful stay here in Mestre! While the hotel is not located directly in the historic center of Venice, the public transportation connections are excellent and make exploring incredibly easy. The tram stops right outside the building, taking you directly to the train station. The bus stop for buses to Venice island is also just a 5-minute walk away. A very kind and generous touch was that the host gave us two one-way bus tickets, which was greatly appreciated! The room was clean and comfortable. We also found a fantastic restaurant about 400 meters away that offered delicious and very affordable food - the pizza was especially amazing! We enjoyed it with a bottle of wine that was kindly provided by the host, which made for a perfect evening. Overall, this place offers excellent value. It's a practical, comfortable, and hospitable base for your Venetian adventure. Highly recommended!

Апартаменты сами по себе не плохие. Удобный доезд автобусом до острова.

Расположен на углу двух улиц, одна из которых с трамвайным движением. Из-за этого постоянный шум с 06.00 утра и до 23.00 вечера. А подаренная бутылка вина не может компенсировать отсутствие в течении трех суток интернета,чайника,утюга и гладильной доски. Жалобы бесполезны,на телефон все равно не отвечают.

The owners were really nice, not speaking English though, just so you know. But a little bit Italian mixed with russian and it worked perfectly. The apartment is nice, very clean, and close to public transportation.

Wszystko się spodobało ,Pani właścicielka bardzo miła,apartament był czyściutki ,w gratisie dostaliśmy jeszcze wino w lodówce,z dojazdem do Wenecji też jest ok,blisko jest przystanek,na pewno wrócimy do tego apartamentu jak ponownie będziemy na wakacjach

Nagyon jó, csendes helyen lévő, mindennel felszerelt, patyolat tiszta szálláshely, kiváló közlekedéssel Velencébe. A házigazda nagyon kedves, ajándékkal is kedveskedett.

El apartamento es bastante nuevo y con lo cual está todo muy nuevo, y es muy amplio. Aunque el anfitrión no intercambia muchas palabras, si es muy eficiente y nos dio todas las facilidades.

El apartamento está en una zona bastante apartada, donde no encuentras ninguna opción de cafeterías, ni restaurantes. Es una zona poco segura, ya que gran número de los picpockets de Venecia centro, hacen su vida en esa zona de Marghera. El apartamento no dispone de horno eléctrico, ni da la opción de poder hacerte un simple café de cápsulas, tienes una cafetera de las antiguas con café molido. La relación del precio, con la situación y comodidades del apartamento están muy desproporcionados.
