Bergjuwel (top floor) Location, a beautifully appointed (dog friendly) flat, convenient location near to loipe. Parking, Lift, Washing machine!!! Helpful host.

+ Responsive and friendly host. + Easy and quick check-in. + Everything was spotless clean, comfortable and well described. + The kitchen as everything else was extremely well equipped. + Free snacks and drinks (crisps, Manner-Schnitten, water, prosecco) + The views from the balcony are nice.

- Although revealed in the booking.com listing beforehand, additional private parking costs. I mean from signs it would seem as if the 3 parking lots were exclusively reserved for guests of Andy's accomodations anyway. They would just stay empty, if not used. Why not include them in the price then? I'd understand it, if they were used for other cars though, but it didn't seem like it. Please correct me if I am wrong. - Neighbour next door loudly talking on the phone and after falling asleep leaving TV on all night. Andy has told me that he is going to talk to her. So I hope this will be resolved. - Shelf over the bed is head bumping hazard and uncomfortable. You will not be able to fully lean back, if you sit straight on the bed or if you were just tall.
