Very good location, parking. Elevator (apartment is on the 3 floor). Very cozy and well equipped. Beautiful view to the mountains.

What a lovely apartment! This place is very beautifully decorated and maintained. The beds are very comfortable and everything works. The view of the mountains from the balcony is lovely. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

We were a little surprised that there was a price list for various items in the house like some drinks and snacks. But then we remembered that in hotels this is also usually the case, and the owner left us some complementary items too, which was very kind. So, all in all this is not really a minus point.

Leutasch plateau is a nice location with a beautiful views on green meadows with flowers and still snowy mountains (beg-May). Nice view from the balcony while drinking a welcome Prosecco ;-) The apartment is well equipped and decorated with the taste in all areas: living room+kitchen, bed room, bath room, WC. It comfortable. Value for money is good for 3 persons. WiFi works without any problems.

The balcony is on the 3rd floor above the "main" road, so expect some noise from the traffic. In the living room and bedroom the ceiling was low on one side so this may cause some discomfort if you are tall. It was clean, however we understood that there were guests with the dog before us ;-). The kitchen is somewhat small. Pan is rather simple (some food sticks). We also were missing some instructions what to do with the garbage (how to sort and where to put it).

Very nice location. The apartment was stunning and very well equipped. The views were amazing. Regardless of the bad points, I would come back here as its just a perfect location.

on arrival we found Poo in the toilet . How disgusting! Couldn't get into apartment as booking.com hadn't sent us a code! The apartment hadn't been cleaned properly and I managed to sign my name in the dust on most things/surfaces! Andy, get new cleaners!
