Dzīvokis un nelielā teritorija iekšpus žoga ir gaumīgi iekārtota. Dzivoklī ir kamīns, ko saimnieks jau bija iekurinājis. Tas viss kopā rada ļoti mājīgu sajūtu- izcili.

Dzīvoklī var nokļūt pa stāvām kāpnēm uz 2.stāvu - cilvēkiem ar kustību traucējumiem tas būtu izaicinājums. Kaimiņu mājas nav labā stāvoklī. Velosipēdu var novietot tikai iežogotajā teritorijā zem jumta, bet nav īsti kur to pieslēgt.

Labai įdomus ir neįprastas interjeras. Patiko suaugusiems ir paaugliams. Tai tarsi mini muziejus sukurtas paties šeimininko buvusio jūrininko. Yra kubilas ir mini sauna už papildomą mokestį.
