Air conditioner was not included, one had to pay extra some 5 EUR/day, a bit weird for summer stay. The room size is ok, furniture is old and very basic, toilet/shower are tiny (there was no hot water for some reason), only good for budget travelers. All in all, ok option if you are on a tight budget.

"Avoid this place at any cost"

Scammers, the announcement is something, the finding is totally different. A room in a different location. Initially they denied my booking. Then when I was going to complaint to Booking, they gave me a room in different place that does not worth the price so far, I can send you the photos.

"We do not recommend this place Horror"

Small room, bed from which you fall, No place to sit, no chair. Water in the bathroom and kitchen does not go down the drain and because of that you have to take a long shower because you have to wait for the water to go down the drain. A real horror. I do not recommend this place to anyone

"Everything as expected and good value for price."

Everything as in description. Good communication with owners. Near to bus station (intercity/AirPort Express).

Stair to the 2nd floor - might be not easy to get weighty luggage upstairs (it was OK for me as I’m a man).

The host Elie and his wifeTarla are nice interesting and friendly people,they help a lot ,they took me in their cae to get know the city ,the host also got up early in the morning to take me to airport ( for free )
