We are a family of 4 and we loved everything about the property. The property is spacious so we were not on top of each other but it also offers space to spend time together.

living room chairs were a bit rickety (needed attention - we did report to the host who was going to fix them)

Absolutely everything! We’ve just came back from a week’s holiday and already planning to go back. The property itself is incredible with the most amazing views over the ocean. There are a few restaurants nearby however, the kitchen at the penthouse is very well equipped ( new ceramic cooker, dishwasher, all utensils that you may ever need) so we loved cooking there. As someone else mentioned below- why would you want to eat out when you have a view like that? ;-)). - Spar supermarket is 2 minutes walk from the property. - The most beautiful sunrises and sunsets we’ve ever seen. - Beds are super comfortable - Lots of natural light - Private and safe And the most important… Our host Delia. Our holiday wouldn’t be the same without her. Beautiful person, who goes extra mile to make your stay unforgettable. We came back relaxed and full of energy, Thank you Delia.

The location and apartment layout is great!

What didn't we like? 😊 The apartment was beautiful but the terrace with the pool is the gem of this property. The view is breathtaking and you have absolutely everything you can think of! If you love to cook as we do, the kitchen has everything you need and then some! The location is superb if you like peace and quiet. We didn't rent a car and it was the correct choice because you have everything within walking distance. From a public bus which you can pay for with your credit card and it connects you directly to the main bus terminal in Las Palmas with buses going all around the island, to a taxi station with taxis arriving every few minutes and veey reasonably priced at arround 25 eur to Las Palmas. There are two small local grocery shops and one Spar within a 10min walk. You have quite a few restaurants around and one great bakery/sweets shop on the other side of the beach. But who needs a restaurant if you have a terrace with amazing views? Nothing better than dinner with a view! 😊 I must also thank the owner, Delia. She is a delight and would go out of her way to help you with anything you need. From the first day of grocery shopping, so you don't have to run searching for the store the minute you arrive to welcome bottle of wine and all the information you need! Thank you soooo much Delia! 😊 You are a gem too!

OK, if you really push me...if you want a superb view from a little higher up, it "usually" comes with some kind of stairs or steep hill... 😂

Beautiful penthouse apartment with infinity pool and stunning sea views. The host Delia was amazing and provided assistance whenever we needed it. Great location for beach, restaurants, lovely cafes and a great ice cream shop. It's a fantastic place for families, with plenty to do nearby - you can also watch all your tv apps via the large flatscreen if you fancy a night in.
