At the agreed upon time, we were greeted warmheartedly by the owner. He explained everything about the apartment, how everything worked. He also gave a lot of information about the area and the city.

The apartment was quite spacious and had a great balcony looking at the hills side. It was well equipped and allowed for a sfay of a longer period.

There was a serious issue with the provision of hot water. The solar panels were the only ones working but even those were not enough for 2 people to have a shower in the evening time. The boiler was broken and despite a plumber being called on the last day we kept on having cold showers all the days stayed. There needs to be some serious attention and maintenance on the hot water plumbing facilities. I was expecting more attention to this from the owner as we had to continuously prove that hot water is not coming.
