The beds were not comfy, the apartment was very very dirty, with kitchen cabinets not cleaned in years and a very bed smell. The sofa in the living room was unacceptably dirty with animal hair and food rests. There is a very noisy neighbor who finished his balcony work at 3 AM. The worse location we staid in Cyprus.

I liked how it fit so many people which was very convenient for us as we all wanted to stay in same apartment. I also liked how cheap we got it. I liked how the bedrooms had air conditioning.

However, I didn’t like how the shower had slight mould (or maybe it was stains, not sure). I also didn’t like how the area was a bit sketchy and it was also incredibly hard to find parking. Another thing I didn’t like was how there were no keys for the bedrooms so we didn’t have the privacy we wanted.

The proprietor was really nice and helpful - we came at night from the airport and he was waiting for us, conveyed all the information and was really kind. The price-quality ratio was also really good, we were satisfied with the conditions and amenities in the form of equipment (you can expect coffee makers, oven, large fridge, washing machine, waffle iron and microwave in the kitchen and good air conditioning in every room) and space (you have 3 bedrooms, big salon, kitchen and two balcons). The building is on the second floor and there is an elevator, the beach is really closed (about 5 minutes by walk), 2 minutes to the store, many good restaurants very close. I've been there with friends and we are satisfied and recommend you this place! Thanks a lot! :-)

The only thing that you have to consider if choosing this apartment is that there is only one shower inside (however there are two bathrooms). It might be a difficulty if you are planning to rent an apartment for many people, but it was not that difficult for us and we were there in 9 people. We did not have any other objection.
