"What an amazing place to visit. Views exceptional and access to a pool a bonus"

Was very well catered for with everything available that was needed. View was exceptional

No air con and fans not very effective. Needed more than one tea towel and no facilities for disposing of rubbish but all only minor issues

Excellent view of Lake Como and large balcony with nice outdoor furniture.The property manager was responsive to our questions.

The apartment was advertised as having a pool and bath and the rental price reflected those facilities. The pool hadn't been cleaned when we arrived and wasn't available for our stay. The bath didn't have a plug so couldn't be used, obviously they didn't want people using water. The apartment needs a good clean and scrub. Alot of the furnishings are tired looking.

"Fair - a little disappointing"

The location was fabulous and the view from the balcony was breathtaking! The owner was helpful in arranging a taxi from Como for us and provided some very useful local information.

The water was temperamental every day and we struggled to have enough hot water for showers. On the last morning, there was no hot water at all and we couldn’t have showers before leaving. The furnishings were very basic and the beds were all hard. There was no basic welcome pack ( milk, coffee , bread etc) when we arrived which is very unusual for a rental property. No local shops within walking distance. I didn’t appreciate being told the day prior to arrival that we had a window of 4-6 pm to arrive at the property. To be fair, the owner did arrange for someone to be around until 7 pm in the end although he didn’t speak any English so couldn’t explain anything about the property to us.
