I loved everything about his property. It was so clean, had everything you need such as; washing machine, cooker, iron, ironing board etc we checked in quite late and the staff were very accommodating which I appreciate as we had a small baby! There’s 2 mini supermarkets round the corner walking distance (we actually enjoyed the walk nearly every day) we met the loveliest family’s that were staying in the other apartments and my kids had an absolute ball!! We were so sad to go!

The only thing I didn’t think was great was the lift not working but that was only because we had a 1 year old with us and carrying her and all our shopping or swimming stuff up every time was a bit of a handful but we managed rightly 🙂

Great apartment. Amazing for families with kids. Very comfortable in a quiet area.

Car is recommended as there is not much in walking distance. There are a lot of road works going on around the area. The beach access is also blocked off. There is a beach about 10 minutes walk away.

East location from city center, quiet. You save time when in mood to travel to Ayia Napa.24/7 shop is in 5min walking distance.

A bit low tap water pressure.but it's a general problem in this area.

all the equipment in the kitchen that can help you make from a breakfast to any dinner. It provides also iron and laundry machine.

It needs cleaning. The stairway was dirty, fulled with dust and many spiders nests. The sheets were not clean .

Although we arrived a little later than the given time 8pm, Andre waited for us and kept in communication with us so to meet in person. The whole set up is really good. Its a home from home with its facilities. It's not a hotel, its an apartment with a communal pool and in a quiet location for families. My booking was a one bedroom apartment. kitchen good size, well equipped with working appliances, main bedroom a good size with good wardrobe space and hangers, lounge/2nd bedroom good size with good quality furniture. Balcony a good size. Inside and out it looks modern, well kept and clean. plug adaptors were supplied if you came with 2 pin plug appliances.

Nothing to complain about but just information for future guests. Pool is smaller than photos suggest, so no room for inflatables, not enough sun beds although there's room for quite a few more. No shop near by to buy essentials, nearest shop 15 minute walk away on the main road, better to have a car if staying there. The shower pressure is on the low side so took my wife and teenage daughters longer to wash their hair. The pool side toilets were closed as they haven't been refurbished yet. Lifts are closed due to Covid reasons so need to use the stairs .

The pool was amazing.the owner of place was very helpful.
