Mill House Apartment and Camping

The accommodation is located in a beautiful setting, by an old, charming mill. The apartment is tastefully furnished and has spacious rooms. Our hosts were very friendly, kind, and helpful people.

Nice place in the Mura region close to Croatia, Austria and Hungary. We were provided with bikes and although the weather was rainy, windy and chilly during our stay we enjoyed the rides around the place.

The big apartment was rather cold, we used the air conditioners for heating, but when more than one were on, the power went out. Booking reservation claimed that all taxes and costs were included in the price paid in advance. However, we had to pay 2€/person/night as tourist tax, of which we never even got a receipt from Milana. Besides, she kept on blaming Booking for the mistake and adviced us to call them, which I found ridiculous. I am sorry that Paul wasn't there, I guess it would have been much easier to discuss the issue with him.

Everything was grate. We high reconented .

It was only one night on the way south, so I don't know anything about the area, but I highly recommend the place itself due to its hospitality and overall good conditions. The history of this place is interesting. If you have the opportunity to talk to the host, he will probably be happy to tell you more.

great site, a piece of industrial history with milling machines of the 19th century. good pizza place around (oxygen). morning fog is unforgettable. best stay I got for such amount of money ever. Host was very helpful and friendly.

I like the idea of renovating the mill. The landlady was very nice and helpful. It's very peaceful, kids went aline for an hour walk and came back to tell how many animals they met :) Hot water in the shower was nice, also the terrace was really cosy.

The room felt a bit damp, with a slightly musty smell (I am very sensitive to odors). The beds are quite narrow for two people and without a railing, I was a bit worried that one of the kids might fall off. The lights in the room didn't work.
