En las condiciones de la reserva pone que aceptan mascotas sin coste pero nos cobraron un suplemento. La chica encargada de darnos las llaves fue encantadora.

La ubicación es genial! A menos de 10 min andando del pleno centro. El alojamiento estaba impoluto! Astrid, quien nos atendió, fue muy amable. Estuvo disponible en todo momento.

Nada!! Estaba todo perfecto! Por ponerme quisquillosa, faltaría algún espejo más en la habitación que tiene 2 camas individuales.

Íbamos a un festival de hockey y estaba a 4 minutos de la pista

We booked this apartment during a heat wave because the listing clearly stated the apartment had air conditioning. When we arrived, there was no air conditioning, and the inside of the apartment was even hotter than outside (35°C). It was unlivable in those conditions, so we did not stay. We immediately contacted the owner, but instead of helping, they told us it was a “Booking.com problem” and insisted they had never listed air conditioning. Booking.com, however, told us that amenities like air conditioning can only appear on a listing if the owner has confirmed that they exist. We ended up spending over 5 hours on the phone with Booking.com support before finally receiving a refund two weeks later. While Booking.com briefly removed air conditioning from the listing, we’ve noticed (as of August 28, 2025) that it has been added back again. This makes us question the reliability of the listing. I can’t comment on the rest of the apartment, since we didn’t stay there. But if you need air conditioning, book with caution.
