They called me to know what time I will arrive

The cleaning service is very poor

Apartment was clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. Location was good for local facilities. Enough space for what we needed.

Limited resources in the studio, would be improved with a kettle as to boil water needed to use a saucepan

Absolutely nothing, expect for the amazing staff, who is unable to help us with anything because their bosses are kinda trash. It’s hard to believe that this establishment is a hotel.

Everything, the treatment, the wrong address, that they kept us waiting 3 hours to check us in which led to us missed our chance to sightsee the city. We sent them a message to tell them exactly when we will arrive and they agreed then they just left us waiting for 3 hours in the front desk, and they kept calling different numbers for emergency cases, but they kept saying nonsense and delaying us and they refused to keep our Luggage. We had to carry our luggage around with us to find a place to eat for hours.

Nothing.

The room. The bed. The location. The traffic noise.

Good WiFi. Sofa bed was comfy, staff were really helpful and friendly

Just location really, and lack of space but it is a studio so. Was worth the money. It's more the lack of public transport available after 10pm which isn't the property's fault

Is required to the customers to take the rubbish with them and put in the bin outside. The gym is not available anymore.

Staff were very nice and helpful.

Kitchen utensils provided however no cleaning supplies eg sponge and soap not available to clean the dishes. Also a few things needed fixing but we were only there for one night so it was fine.

The place is very clean
