Sehr zentral gelegenes, großzügiges Apartment. Freundlicher Kontakt. Früherer Check-in auf Anfrage möglich. Unkomplizierter und kontaktloser Check-in.

Etwas kühl, obwohl wir alle Heizkörper voll aufgedreht haben. Kein Handtuch (-halter) im WC. Ein zusätzlicher Stuhl bei der Essecke wäre vorteilhaft.

Duże apartamentu, lokalizacja.

-Beautiful location with a great view from the window. -Mallnitz is a lovely village — after heavy snowfall it felt like a fairytale. -Everything you need is within walking distance. -Great base for skiing: we used the car train to go skiing in Bad Gastein and also visited the Mölltaler Gletscher glacier. -Excellent check-in: keys and all necessary information were ready and well organized. -Perfect communication with the host — quick and helpful responses. -Very quiet at night (absolutely silent). -Warm and comfortable inside even when it was around -15°C outside. -Great apartment equipment, especially the kitchen. -There is a L’OR coffee machine that takes Nespresso-compatible capsules (easy to buy at BILLA — accessible on foot and by car). -Parking available right in front of the house. -Ski room/storage available. -Plenty of towels and hot water available anytime. -Very good value for money — we were very satisfied with the quality for the price.

-Someone in the apartment below seemed to fry fish every day, and the smell was unpleasant (not the host’s fault). -Cleaning was not 100% perfect: we found leftover pasta under the table (not visible at first glance), and the living room sofa wasn’t vacuumed well. Otherwise, the apartment was clean — it just needed more attention in the less visible spots. -The mattresses felt quite soft for our taste (we prefer very firm ones), but for most people they are probably medium/comfortable.
