"nice location, quiet and very friendly owner"

the house is located in center of the small village. close t the supermarket and some restaurants. the parking is perfect. the house per se is not super modern, although i think was renovated in some parts, like bathroom. the kitchen was furnished and seemed new. the apartment is well spacious with nice views on the Ankogel mountains group. overall i would say definitively matched the expectations and would really recommend. what i didn't personally like were the beds a bit too soft, but this is my taste. you can sleep there with the windows open and no noise will be heard. :)

Everything was as expected. Clean, quietly, nice host, in the middle of a cosy quiet town. Comfy couches, beds, super clean bathroom. Very nice area, near to everything one needs. Highly recommended.

Not a complaint, but advice: For longer stay in 7 persons (children included, so one bed was additional), it would be comfortable to have 7 chairs by the table, but for a weekend it wasn`t a problem.
