"Worst customer service experience travelling, and I have traveled A LOT"

Nice apartment - But DEFINITELY not wheelchair accessible. As we had 2 infant twin boys and a mother who just had a major operation, the 5 flights of stairs to navigate ruined her holiday.

Vacation MArbella and Booking.com awful to deal with. ZERO response, ZERO admission of guilt and zero solutions. Won’t be using either ever again... Hours up hours wasted trying to get through to anyone who cared.

Location is perfect! The apartment was impeccable and very well equipped. It's our second-time with Vacation Marbella and we have never been deceived.
