Location, staff were extremely helpful and efficient, availability of pool and having a washing machine was helpful.

No sofabed as stated when we booked, but Alvaro was quick in resolving the situation on our 2nd day. Communication from Alvaro was excellent. The decor and furniture were faded.

"underwhelmed by the property"

We were met by someone who guided us to the room, the room had all the basic facilities and was in a fairly good location.

We would of liked a more in depth guide to what we had to use within the property, the apartment smelt badly of damp and the bath room wasnt very clean. 2 of the lights were not working. The Pool was loud and very busy twice we could not get a lounger. The shower hot water ran out very quickly so one person each night would have to cold shower
