Eşyaların kondisyonu genel itibarıyla iyiydi. Özellikle yataklar hakikaten çok rahattı. Balkonu var, yola bakıyor. Keyifliydi. Havuz mevcuttu ama biz kullanmadık. Havlu, çarşaf, yastık kılıfı gibi bütün kişisel kullanıma özgü eşyalar tertemizdi.

Konumu biraz şehrin merkezinin dışında denebilir. Televizyonda çok sayıda kanal seçeneği yoktu. Tabak ihtiyacım oldu; bir tanesini aldım ve %100 temiz değildi.
