3人行 房間只有一張單人床, 其餘2人要睡地下,有提供床墊,但是非常薄,感覺在地下睡覺,腰骨十分痛,枕頭也很扁,不舒服, 開放式廚房,但是沒有抽油煙機,只有一個迷你電池爐. 自助check-in, 沒有明確告知房間編號, 房間好多,也找了很久, 客服也不回覆, 沒有提供除了電話,其他聯絡方式 住2晚,沒有提供額外垃圾袋. 打開落地窗口就是街外及其他民居,十分不安全.

Although the structure of the building is old, the room is overall well-maintained. Since it's an apartment, your level of comfort in terms of sound largely depends on your neighbors. The location is within walking distance to Kumamoto Castle and the shopping district. The airconditioner is strong and well for a winter trip.

Our upstairs neighbor had a party and created loud noises around 11 pm, 2 am, and 5 am. Although towels such as face towels, bath towels, and different varieties are provided, be warned that the bath towel is about the size of what you might typically find at a public bath (approx. 35CM x 75CM). It might not be large enough for those with bigger body sizes. Additionally, the washing machine is located right outside the main door and is shared among three adjacent rooms vertically. Hence, there is a risk that an inconsiderate person might run the washing machine at midnight, and the noise could easily penetrate into the room.
