"The worst experience of my life."

Not one thing.

The place was not cleaned and it had bedbugs. I was there to recuperate and didn’t have the energy to go out. It was horrible. I did travel to the hospital emergency department for treatment. I could not stand being there and checked out early. There was no attempt to adjust the cost of my stay. Bookings.com did not respond to my messages. I’m disgusted with the owners and booking.com.
