Excellent location, very clean, well equipped, responsive host.

Perfect location, very central

Noise, very noisy around outside and upstairs, bedroom door creaking very loudly

Location couldn't be any better. Flat run down , need a bit of TLC , broken glass need replacing

Communication , as should have someone local looking after the place not bring in Amsterdam

Location was right in the heart of Banus great location if you want to be in the center of the strip. Not good if you want a quiet stay. I was pleased with the location as overlooked Banus Marina.

Entry into the apartment was very inconvenient. You had to download an App and each time you wanted to gain entry you had to click a link and the door would open. This meant your phone had to be constantly charged day and night otherwise you could not get in. Sadly I will not be staying again due to this door system as my friends had to be with me 24/7 otherwise they could not get access as they did not have wifi on their phones.

the property is in an excellent location and has everything you need and is easily accessed I will be booking again!
