The apartment is uninhabitable. Please read also the reiview of a german tourist, which had to leave the apratment in mai 2022. In my opinion this is a true review. I would disregard all the 10 givem probably by friends of the owner.Let our experiences be a warning for you. We have travelled all over the world, for decades we have booked hotels and apartments throught booking and we have never be forced to leave a hotel or apartment. No person has ever been so arogant and impudent as the owner of this apartment. Firstly - As we booked the apartment we provided our time of arrival, 8 P.M. Despite this the owner was not at the apartment and he did not answer the phone. So we had to contact booking. After long waiting an assistant from booking told us where to pick up the keys. Secondly - The apartment is located on a main street, it has old windows, so in the night it is very noisy at night. It was also cold. Thirdly - The shower cabin in the bathroom is moldy and rusty. It amelled unbearable from it on the whole apartment. Afraid to use it. Fourthly - In the morning, when we got up, after an almost sleepless night, we noticed a lot of ants in the kitchen and in the living room. They took over our grocery shopping, made a day before, so we had to throw everything away. Fifthly - Despite thies the owner did not find time to talk to us. The cleaning lady came to pick up the keys, unfortunatly she does not speak any foreign language Sixthly - We left the apartment next day,despite booking for a few days. The owner did not return the money, so we decided for the first time we travel to submit the case to a law firm.

An amazing, newly refurbished apartment close to the city center and the beach. The host is extremely friendly and attending. The patio is spacious and ideal for late night dinner with a view.
