Horrendous noise coming from next door.

The location was close to the ocean and 20 minutes walk from the centre.

The bed was only 190cm in length and since I am 194cm tall then my feet were hanging over the bed edge. I think that if you have a smaller/shorter bed than a standard one, you should mention that in the description.

Good location, amazing balcony with view, spacious, Alvaro was very helpful and responsive

Very Poorly equipped kitchen (extremely old and dirty dish sponge, no kitchen towels, full of ants all around the kitchen) , no spare rubbish bags, no spare toilet roll, no chopping board, knives totally dull, and the cleanliness was not too good - found hairs upon arrival on the bathroom walls, loads of ants in living room corners. Unfortunately I had to buy a lot of things for a 7 days stay

Location was comfortable, no need to cross highway to get to the beach. Few restaurants nearby. Comfortable to park the car. Bed matress comfortable. Nice terrace with table for 4 and still plenty of space. I stayed on the first, not the ground floor Property felt really safe to be in even without closing the balcony when leaving.

A bit too confusing to find at first, as it is on the other side of highway if you are comming from Malaga. So you need to drive around. And GPS did not find it at first, but very good communication with host, so was easy after he sent the drawn map. Should send it on the moment of booking. Property could do with some grout updating and few hooks for clothets/bathrobe in the bathroom, but overall - it had all necessities for a longer stay (fridge, washing machine etc) Doue bed matress tends to be on a smaller size, but for one person - ample of space.

Location is good, situation directly between Puerto Banus and San Pedro. Also, only a short walk to the beach.

Shower mount on the wall was broke, washing machine didn’t work, didn’t come with shower gel and the mattress is very hard.
