El dueño amable y atento, la ubicación es perfecta en pleno centro. En si el depto es cómodo para 3 personas. La cocina y el baño realmente necesitan mucho mantenimiento (leí lo mismo en comentarios del 2023 y todo sigue exactamente igual): pierden caños, la tapa del inodoro suelta, la ducha en malas condiciones, etc. En la cocina faltan implementos básicos. El precio es alto para los servicios que brindan (faltarían detalles q hace a una buena estadia: azúcar, saquitos de te, yerba... etc) Si lo mantendrian mejor sería perfecto !
