Sehr schöne Wohnung mit tollem Blick auf den Strand und das Meer. Die Lage mit den ganzen Restaurants und direkt am Hafen ist wirklich top. Wir brauchten unser Auto während der Zeit gar nicht. Marc hat uns in die Unterkunft gelassen und uns alles gezeigt. Er war extrem nett und hilfsbereit.

Da die Wohnung sehr zentral ist, ist es dort natürlich auch sehr laut. Gegenüber ist eine Cocktail Bar, die bis ca. 2 Uhr nachts sehr laute Musik spielt. Das muss man bedenken, wenn man die Wohnung bucht.

Top locatie, iedere dag zicht op een mooie zonsopgang.

Good sized bedrooms, two bathrooms which was ideal with having two children with us, great size wardrobe and a well equipped kitchen. Washing machine & tumble were huge plus’s for us as I hate taking bringing all the washing home. Body wash, shampoo & conditioner, dishwasher tablets and laundry pods and plenty of towels were all supplied also which was great. Location is great, beach is on the door step aswell as great shopping and places to eat. Ian was incredibly helpful with restaurant recommendations and supplying us with the taxi services they use for when we wanted to go out a little further. I wouldn’t definitely book again in future.

We had an issue with the tv not working, they did try to resolve the issue but there was no success. It wasn’t the end of the world but a few family members were unwell and apartment bound for a few days so it would of been good to have. Also the hot water in the shower. We learnt after the second day not to allow our teenage daughter in the shower first as that resulted in no hot water for anyone else. If you don’t take ages like a 16 year old girl than your fine but it’s something to be aware of.

Communication was good only upto the point of collecting the keys.

It is not mentioned anywhere that this apartment is up 3 flights of stairs with no lift. If you have difficulty with stairs or have heavy luggage this is far from ideal. All the effort to get to the apartment with bags etc only to be confronted with an almighty stench (which the host said was due to the sea water or something rediculous). it more smelt like the apartment had been locked up since the last guests with all their stuff festering inside and that he had arrived moments before us to open up all the windows and doors. It was clear that the apartment had not been cleaned at all (sandy floors, food burnt onto the used utensils and stove in the kitchen, bathrooms full of other people's hair and cosmetics, filty towels and things left by previous guests in the fridge and freezer). Just disgusting. I immediately informed the host by text who was quick to reply with the promise of a cleaner at 9.30am the following morning. We waited in until 10.30am but with only 5 days in marbella decided to leave informing the company that we do not wish for anyone to enter our apartment while we are not there. After this, no further contact from the host other than a day before our departure a text from the company itself asking if we wanted information on restaurants, activities or even to get the pace cleaned? This place gets by on its location alone but trust me the images and all the hype they advertise is just that. It is one of my biggest regrets bringing my group to this place. It was such a downer to return to every night.
