Charming Central Apt in Marbella

This private apartment is located on the second floor above the bar which opens at 20:00 and works till 3 in the morning. No terrace or balcony. You will need to keep curtains always down otherwise people see you from outside, because of that there is no view. The good beach is 1 minute away. The owner is a nice person. When I arrived some things were broken, he fixed almost everything the same day.

The living room of the apartment literally doesn’t have a solid wall. There is just a thin glass. Everything what is going on outside you will hear everywhere even in the bedroom which has no window. But the worth situation is coming from the bar - screaming, fights every evening, tables they put outside on the street. At 2:30 in the morning they begin to move tabes and chairs back to the building, terrible noise of metal against the road. Then they put down electric metal shields for windows, this sound goes through the walls and the floor of the apartment. I can’t even describe how loud it is. I have sent the video to the Booking, but they don’t want to talk about compensation. Another sound is a dropping condensate water from the air conditioner of the neighbors. Drops are going directly to the metal box of the other air conditioner. Lucky hours when AC is off. Then you will hear everything what your neighbors from the 3rd floor are doing. There is zero sound isolation in this building. So if you plan to have a rest, I suggest to search for another property

the apartment is a few steps away from the beach, the supermarket and night life for young people .

Clean and pleasant accommodation close to the beach - just a short walk away. Accommodation practical and sufficient for 4 people.

In the immediate vicinity there are restaurants of various kinds open for a long time.

Rafa is excellent. I could t believe that he waited for me to arrive at 5 in the morning ( I was anxious because it was a long trip ) and I was traveling with my 3 cats. He was so kind and helpful. Helped with the suitcases with my cats and made me feel like I was at home. He would send me restaurants and leisure addresses and check on me and my daughter from time to time. I felt like I had a family friend in Marbella. I could only recommend this really charming and cozy apartment I will certainly go back...

it’s a very tidy. there are all necessary items in the apartment. the host is very attentive and hospitable. I highly recommend this apartment.
