"nice & easy"

Clean, good location with few steps to public transportation, car park and large property

Only to mention that single beds are making a noises with any move, not nice but not the end of the world

"Had a very good experience with the apartment."

Nice apartment and very good hosts. Public trasportation rignt in front street.

The apartment has a top location. Buses to Venice stop right in front of the building. Unfortunately, you cannot buy tickets from the driver. You should look for a cigarette shop. They sell there. But in 15 minutes you can reach the place where the walking tour around Venice starts. From there it is a 30-minute walk to San Marco. The host is very kind and will help you in any way.

"Good place but the AC needs to be improved."

No breakfast. The apartment was spacious and clean. Good, helpful instructions left on the table. Washing machine was a big plus.

No iron in the apartment. The AC was working on so low, it was hot in both bedrooms. We couldn’t sleep because of that.

"Convenient for family"

Location: Close to the bus station around 20 minutes to Venice Apartment: clean apartment, exactly like the photos in booking.com. Very convenient for families Bedroom: Quiet with Comfortable beds. Hoster: friendly,provided full information about the apartment and transportation, they have bus tickets.

"Superb"

The property was exactly as described. We were traveling with a car so we needed a place outside of Venice. In the same time right in-front of the place there is a bus station and the bus takes you to Venice in like 10-15 minutes. If you prefer train, the train station is like 15 minutes walk which we did 2-3 time because it was a nice walk. Around the place there were a couple of places you could have dinner, which we visited. Rooms were large and comfy. Hosts were very helpful.

"I’d stay here again."

our host was very kind. he picked us up at the airport for a fee. he and his wife gave us help with bus stop information, great restaurant suggestions, car rental information and answered all our questions.

small dog barking in the apartments was annoying, as was the crying baby. however, all was quiet at night for sleeping.
