Location is really good. Also, apartment is, at first glance, amazing.

BUT! Bathroom doors were broken. Not broken in a way you cannot lock or close them, but in ela way that half of the doors was missing. Tiles in the shower are rather cheep, hence slippery and my mother fell. She could've broken something! And once she made a comment to a staff member, she was told that yes, tiles in the upstairs apartment are bad. What?! You let two 70+ y.o. people use it? And you gave them the apartment in the attic (required them to use stairs) even though the lower ones weren't all occupied? That's not how businesses is being done. And I didn't want to make any comments, thinking it could happen to anyone, but my father has just received a text where, after everything mentioned above, he was told to give them 10 because it would mean a lot to them. LOL
