Fabulous location, so central in Menaggio. Near the bus stop and ferry terminal. Beautiful outlook and we had a lovely time sitting on the balcony people watching.

A bit of noise on the Saturday night from the street, but that was to be expected when it’s busier around! Would get that everywhere.

Everything. Couldn’t ask for a better location. Surprisingly quiet for being so close to the main piazza. 5-10 minute walk to ferry, buses & grocery stores. Comfortable beds and couches and lovely view of harbor, lake & mountains.

While the kitchen was well stocked with toaster, coffee maker and pots; it did not have a frying pan. Also the light above the stairs couldn’t be turned on from downstairs. The light in the staircase was very dim.

Location was excellent !!! Perfect for what we needed with great views from the balcony. Think late night drinks and people watching! Plenty of amenities available inside the apartment for cooking etc. really made our stay perfect for what we needed. Central location in the perfect place for a romantic getaway.

Checkout was too early 10am

The location was excellent and the view from the balcony was awesome.

The kitchen was a little bit old and could need some repair.

Lovely view

There was much to much furniture, most very old, sofas were dirty and worn. No sharp knives for cooking. The whole place should be upgraded.
