The bed was uncomfortable and the appartment was very cold.

Excellent facilities.

Unfortunately, there was a mix-up with access to one of the apartment's, and staff were giving us an ultimatum to vacate the apartment when it made sense to use other apartment for the other guests. It was easily sorted

Immaculately clean. Access easy.and instructions very clear. Warm.

All perfect except for the bed linen and pillows. They were clean but simply need to be replaced with new ones. . Pillows are cheap and flat.so bring your own. IIf bed linen was replaced with crisp cotton and new pillows bought then 10/10

Nothing we arrived at the property and couldn't gane access as we had been give the wrong code and when we called the number provided it was being put onto voice mail. The number provided was the property owner and not manager. We tried to get a hold of someone for a few hours and in the end needed to book another accommodation that night at very short notice.

We had booked this for my mother-in-law to be handy to the hospital for her operation the next morning and so me and my wife could be close to the hospital to keep an eye on her for the few days after the op. This was a major inconvenience for all of us!!!! If I didn't have the means to book an alternative accommodation I don't know what would of happened, we'd of probably had to spend the night in the car. The property and property manager done nothing the fix this issue afterwards 😔

Nicely styled apartment with good space. Clean. Easy access via the door code. Great channel options on the TV. Right in the centre of town which was handy (but also noisy)

Beds were much too soft (I had to hold onto the sides when my partner rolled over). Water ran hot & cold so having a shower hasn't too fun. And it seemed to lack a lot of basics - no chopping board, only 1 knife, no wine glasses, no dishwasher tablets, no sieve, no hand wash in the bathroom, no cloth to wipe down surfaces etc. In the end we couldn't cook there so had to get takeout, even though we had specifically booked these apartments to be able to cook as the kitchen looked good. Luckily we had only booked 1 night, but it would put me off staying longer.

We had apartment E which is basically in the attic of the property so it’s absolutely tiny when compared to the advertising photos, there was very little Delphi and Cutlery and most of it hadn’t been cleaned from the previous guests so possibly wasn’t checked. The Velux windows in the bedroom were draughty and the boiler is also located in the bedroom so you end up listening to it all night. It’s my poorest experience with booking.com so far
