Die Lage war sehr zentral. Man konnte fußläufig im Ort alles erreichen und es war ein schönes Flair, mitten im italienischen Leben zu sein. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, die Küche gut ausgestattet. Dass es einen Balkon gab, klein, aber für zwei Personen passend, war toll. Das Ambiente durch die außergewöhnliche Architektur sehr schön!

Der Nachteil, dass man im Zentrum wohnt, liegt daran, dass man immer froh sein kann, einen freien Parkplatz zu ergattern. Manchmal muss man ein paar Runden drehen und anschließend auch ein Stück laufen. Das muss man in Kauf nehmen. Zentral bedeutet auch, dass es lauter sein kann, durch Veranstaltungen oder Feste, denn gegenüber ist eine Schule.

Friendly staff, and a large, cozy apartment, which is very central (few steps to the city center). The apartment was well-equipped.

The missing air conditioning: it is understandable that it might be impossible to install one due to regulations but please provide better, more modern alternatives than a small, old fan. Also, regarding the equipment, the apartment appeared "messy" at times because there are so many left overs from previous guests (tea, biscuits, shampoo, etc.). This should be "purged" in regular intervals.

Perfect property! Ideal location with bakery and supermarket in easy walking distance. Local restaurants a stones throw away. Nice, simple, Modern and clean apartment with everything we needed. Lovely balcony with a great view on a clear day. Would 100% come back and revisit.

The bells could be fairly loud however this only really bothered us on the odd days we would prefer a lie in. Noise from other apartments above could sometimes be heard but not overly distracting.

The location is ideal, it was just a couple of minutes walk to the shops, restaurants and the waterfront. The flat was very spacious and had a lovely balcony and was nicely fitted out. The bed was very large and comfortable (except for an irritating gap between the head of the bed and the wall). It was easy to open the windows in the flat to get a good flow of air through at night time We were two doors away from the office of the management company so it was easy to ask for help when we needed it. The ladies who worked in the office were very friendly and spoke perfect English.

The kitchen was fitted with an induction hob together with a confusing assortment of induction and non-induction pots and pans. Some saucepans had lids, others didn't. There was an induction plate which provides a solution of sorts to the issue of the non-induction pans but is not ideal. The only soap provided in the flat was one near-empty liquid soap dispenser. There was no shampoo. I queried this with the management company and they told me that we were expected to provide our own. Upon arrival, two of the lights in the bedroom were not working. One was promptly fixed by the owner, while the other one we were told would need to be fixed while the flat was empty. We were happy with that.

Great location. Very late arrival due to train derailment graciously accommodated. Very helpful property managers.

You feel like you’re inside the town bell tower, which we loved but others may not.

Very cool apartment in good location, close to ferry harbor (from Como etc), Menaggio restaurants, bakery, super market (Conad, 5 min walk), bus stop (to Como, Lugano etc...), walking routes to nature. Apartment very clean, nice decoration, everything you need for your stay! Bed comfortable and bathroom big and clean. Host very friendly and easy to connect.

It is positive that garbage needs to be recycled carefully, but the apartment should have good recycling system (separate garbage buckets) for different materials. Now there was only 2 buckets for mixed and organic material, but you need to recycle also metal/plastic, glass, paper etc...Someone might be annoyed the church bells which were played quite often.

Awesome appartment in Menaggio. Great starting point to explore the lake. Spacious rooms and very clean.
