El apartamento es espectacular, es amplio, limpio, cómodo y muy céntrico, super cerca de la calle Laurel y de un parque super bonito. Íbamos con 2 niños y 2 perritas y estuvimos todos genial. David es muy agradable, muy servicial para ayudarte en cualquier cosa y la entrada al apartamento fue rápida y fácil. Ojalá hubiéramos podido estar más días pero íbamos de camino a Galicia y solo estuvimos 1 día.

No hay nada que no nos gustara.

There are some breakfast snacks, with tea, coffee and kettle. Breakfast can be made in the ample kitchen if you buy your own ingredients, or you can eat at a nearby restaurant. We made breakfast in the kitchen. There are several stores nearby to buy whatever you need.

It was a great choice. No complaints. The location, parking, walking to and from, sightseeing, stores for grocery shopping, buying gifts or things to take back, all of this is nearby, easy to reach. Highly recommended, and the owner is fantastic. He is helpful and polite.

"Comfortable apartment, great location, great host!"

Lovely comfortable and spacious 1st floor (with lift) apartment in a great location for the city. Kitchen fully equipped and no outside noise so very peaceful. Underground parking is 5 minutes walk away. David is a fantastic host, meeting us at the apartment and providing lots of really useful information and recommendations. We went to Briones on his advice which is a really nice village in La Rioja.

"A great place to stay in Logroño"

Very spacious, modern, comfortable and well-equipped apartment in a convenient location. There were 3 comfortable double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one en-suite. The host gave us helpful information, and breakfast supplies.

It's not possible to park near the building, but it was easy to drop stuff off and then park in the free carpark 10 minutes' walk away.

"Superb"

It was easy to find and easy to access. Very quiet, as we even slept with our windows open and had no interruptions. Close to restaurants. One bedroom is located on the opposite side of the apartment from the other 2, providing plenty of privacy.
