"Excellent"

The appartment is big and has everything you need. Half an hour if you want to walk to the beach, which is nice and quiet, not a lot of people.

The airconditioning has to be paid additionaly.

"More spacious than it seems, hosts helpful but not open and often not available."

The place was spacious and after some time, the issues were resolved. We managed to keep most mosquitos out. There was a nice outdoor area

We sent multiple messages about our arrival time. We arrived on time and had nobody greeting us nor instructions on which was the flat and how we could get to it. The flat door was open and we could feel mosquitos about... We were then told that their internet was broken. They said it was an issue in the whole village but we immediately checked that it was working elsewhere. Eventually we needed to chase it and internet was provided (but was unreliable). So anything else we would ask we would not be confident of the answer. We had to ask how to switch the hot water, etc. And for the aircon to be included, they could not keep the booking via booking.com.
