The location of the place was great. We travelled with a young family with small kids in the apartment and myself in the single room. The apartment was well equipped and spacious. My room was rather small but adequate. The hosts were very welcoming. The "common kitchen" was well equipped and useful. Unfortunately, there was no indication of where the washer/dryer was located, which I urgently needed. (I asked the host at leaving, a sign would have been helpful)

I was not impressed to be told that a child of 2 years and 3 months infant were considered an extra person and charged 15.- p/d AND extra linen. Booking.com should be aware of these "after the facts" costs. That is why I prefer not to use Airbnb - hidden costs. I was also satisfied with the cleanliness of the "common" kitchen, a sign said that the users were to clean it up. There were spiders in the corners, the floor could have used a vaccum-clean. Frankly at the prices clients pay to expect them to vaccuum clean and dust spiders out is a bit out of line. The apartment the rest of the family stayed had mold in the shower. The heater were turned off and the hosts explained that at 22 degrees (during the day) they wouldn't work. However at 16 degrees at night or in the shower it would have been nice to have the option to turn on the heat.
