Lavrio center - Thanasis' Studio

The apartment is extremely close to the city center, allowing us to reach everything easily. There is also a wide range of available electrical devices (fridge, washing machine, oven, microwave oven).

The apartment furniture is in poor state / quality. The mattres especially needs to be replaced as soon as possible. I noped out of the spare sofa/bed the moment I sat on it. The kitchen table is anything but steady. The air-condition somehow was not enough to keep us cool in the house, even though we turned it to the lowest setting we could. We needed to have the fan working as well, which is also malfunctioning (?), since it will randomly reset its targeting to the ceiling. The curtains the house has are not enough to keep the sun out, resulting in us waking up as soon as the sun was up, which defeats the entire purpose of holidays. Finally we noticed quite a bit of dust on our suitcases which were on the floor when we left (3 days stay) and there was a little mold in the shower.

Good location, central in lavrion, not to far away from the port.

It's a nice and very clean flat, but it was very hot and the AC took a few hours, before the temperature was pleasant.

Location. What I wanted, where I wanted.

Up two flights of stairs. When I come with more luggage & my wife who has arthritis we will stay somewhere with no stairs to climb.

The shower head was broken - couldn't take a shower! The mattress was very old and uncomfortable. There were no proper curtains or blinds.

Close to port and city center.

Bed could do with a new mattress.
