Apartments close to the main public beach and Old Town restaurants. A good parking slot, a 2-minute walk from the house. 3 pcs air condition units in the apartment, all working well.Comfortable bedrooms with wardrobes. A nice big terrace with a sea view, a very good kitchen with new nice eating utensils, all the facilities (except coffee machine). Washing machine with a dryer.

There are 3 bathrooms/toilets, but the shower areas are a bit cramped, so small places between the shower and toilet bowl.

This is a great apartment and the host, Antonio, is super helpful and communicative with restaurant recommendations/things to do etc. and very friendly. We arranged a transfer to/from the airport directly with him too which went without a hitch and was very reasonable in terms of price. I would highly recommend doing this if you aren’t driving/renting a car. The apartment is super clean, spacious (we were 4 adults) has good working aircon in all rooms which was welcome in the 40 degree heat! It has a well appointed kitchen with everything you need to prepare simple meals throughout your stay. Showers were nice a powerful. In terms of location - there is a small supermarket just round the corner which is really helpful for the basics and you are not more than 5/10 minutes walk from the the town (although it’s still peaceful) and waterfront with daily fruit/veg market, good restaurants/cafes. Gastro Diva is a must for lunch and dinner! We ate there 3 times. Book the day before for dinner - it gets super busy. Bar Listun had a great cocktail selection. We loved popping down to the waterfront for an early morning coffee. The main bus station is also only a short walk away which is super convenient for trips out of Makarska. As comment d by others, yes, the apartment is at the top of a rather steep hill but it’s not a problem if you are reasonably fit and its totally worth it for the fantastic view from the balcony. Absolutely glorious to sit out and watch the sun set each day. Sun beds on the balcony were very welcome too.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. This is a great apartment and fantastic value for money. The only comment would be the balcony could do with a retractable awning of some kind. During the afternoon, due to the directional positioning, there is no shade on the balcony. A retractable awning would solve this for those who don’t want to sit in the full sun.

We had a great stay at this location. Nice apartment with great standards, good location, lovely view and very helpful staff that exceeded our expectations. Recommended!
