L’appartement etait trop petit le grand lit aussi était trop petit, le canapé aussi, nous avons versé 100€ de caution qui devrait être rendu à la fin du séjour la propriétaire a refusé de nous rendre nos 100€ et à inventer tout une histoire qu’on ne connaît pas on sait fait arnaquer

Apartamentul a fost foarte curat si am gasit acolo tot ce am avut nevoie. Apartamentul este foarte aproape de un supermarket, iar pana la plaja e o distanta care poate fi parcursa in maxim 5 minute. In plus foarte aproape de Centrul Vechi si de statiile de autobuz. A existat si posibiliatea de a inchiria prosoape de plaja, sezlonguri si umbrele pentru tot sejurul. Comunicarea cu proprietara Rocio a fost excelenta.

We spent a fantastic week at this apartment. Everything was exactly as described — clean, well-equipped, and in a perfect location with great access to everything. Our host, Rocío, was absolutely amazing — kind, thoughtful, and always available. When we had a small issue with the sink, she responded immediately and fixed it right away. The apartment had everything we needed. The only two small things to note: the kitchen was a bit small, and the mattress wasn’t the most comfortable. But overall, we were very happy with our stay. Thank you, Rocío, for being such a great host. This is definitely a place we would love to stay at again if it’s available the next time we’re in Marbella!

The accommodation was located in a nice area and made for a very comfortable stay.. The booking was made on behalf of the family, and Rocío was exceptional in keeping communication and making sure everything went as smoothly as possible.

From the booking til check-out everything was as hoped and expected. Great location, near everything you need: Old Town, main street, parking, beaches. The apartment itself is tidy, nice and is as presented at photos. It is on the 3rd floor, but elevators work properly. You can use the both traditional (physical) keys and the mobile phone app to unlock and lock the door. The owner, Rosio, is very co-operative and helpful, at service all the time. However, everything is so well regarding this property that the one has no reason to hustle her until the check-out announcement. I would highly recommend this place and would repeat the stay if come to Marbella again.

Ideal the location if loving spending time in the old town and you like Marbella nightlife. A very comfortable apartment (the bed and with air conditioning) There is a supermarket downstairs and we enjoyed a lot having breakfast at the glazed terrace.
