Apartman ZoneS - Zoned

The hotel is using the reception service of zoned hotel, and is located on it's territory (in another building). The buildings are connected, so you don't have to walk outside. The apartment is new, and mostly very well equipped. It's very warm, (you can control the heater). The spa was amazing, with it's window in the sauna 😍 In general the atmosphere there was relaxing and chill. The parking is available right near the entrance, or if it's full, there's another one 150m from the building. Thanks to the parking workers, it was clean of snow, even though it was snowing really hard.

The navigation is not very obvious, it took some time to figure out that we had to go to ZoneD reception, and how to get from the reception to the room. There is no ski/snowboard storage room, which I think is a must for every hotel in the ski resort. Also I'm not sure how often the cleaning service is working there, but for a 3 night stay there was none. In general these are very small things and I really like the stay, would totally recommend.

The appartment was very well equiped, comfortable and warm

The staf at the reception is very unfriendly. There is no room for the ski equioment. The parking is very bad we we parking in the mud away from the acomodation. The water in the spa was cold.

Everything was great. The room looks exactly like in the pictures, big clean room. Nice location.
