Location of the property was brilliant and great to be able to use the hotel facilities. Definitely will be rebooking!

The location of the property. The way issues were dealt with.

The door failed one evening and they couldn’t get a a lock smith so we had to stay at another hotel but they arranged it. Just frustrating as all our stuff was inside.

Spacious and clean. Great location, only a short walk to the harbour. Lovely swimming pool area serving nice food 👍

The only benefit was the location as its not too far from the centre.

Had an awful experience with the owners. They just want your money and don't care about the experience for you. We arrived with a code to open the door(pin required), which was in the evening. After getting ready to go out on our first night, the door code didn't lock the door! After contacting the owner(Joseph and Teresa), he told us to leave it unlocked as he said he isn't going to come to give us a key, which we weren't happy about. Eventually, after trying for an hour to lock the door, it finally worked, and we headed out for drinks. Upon arriving after a few hours, the code didn't work again, and we were locked out of the room for several hours. The owner did not help, and neither could reception staff as Joseph owns the space as part of the hotel. The hotel staff tried opening the door with no luck either. The owner finally answered and arrived in the afternoon the next day. After finally entering the room, we slept for an hour or two to be woken up by a locksmith to fix the code! We wasted 2 days from the beginning of our holiday and then the code had stopped working again on the last couple of days! The owner refused to give a partial refund, let alone a complete refund. PLEASE avoid this place as it's the last thing you want on a holiday. We are now going through section 75 for our consumer rights with the bank to get a complete refund. Hope no one has to go through what we experienced. Also, they only provide you 2 towels per single bed for your whole stay(no washing machine). So we had two towels, 1 bath and 1 hand towel to last us for 5 days! I've stayed at many places and had some unpleasant stays, but this is by far the worst accommodation and hosting experience I've had! Save your money and invest in a better host.
