Bed linen was clean but very worn out Mould on ceiling in bathroom No shampoo provided Air conditioner was barely working Toaster was not clean Ants in the shower Towels had stains and extremely worn out Windows didn't open in main bedroom Very noisy

🌟 An exceptional apartment in the heart of Marbella This apartment is absolutely stunning – modern, stylish, and impeccably clean. The location couldn’t be better – just steps away from the marina, restaurants, and all the charm Marbella has to offer. The highlight was definitely the terrace with breathtaking views of the sea and port – perfect for a morning coffee or a relaxing evening. A truly memorable stay – I’d love to come back!

The property location was perfect for the beach, old town, bars and restaurants. The balcony was a really good size and had a lovely view over the sea

For two friends this apartment was OK, but I certainly would not want to stay there if it was 2 couples or a family - that would have been very claustrophobic. We had difficultly working the air con which turned out to be a dirty filter and was fixed. The second bedroom had no storage for clothes, this was available in the main area. The bed was the width of the room with a pocket door either side. Although a dishwasher was available, there wasn't any washing up liquid if you just had a couple of cups/glasses. No welcome pack that you would expect with an apartment described as luxury - just a bottle of cava. The apartment was right above a bar which didn't close till 2pm so although a great friendly bar, it was noisy later at night. Maria was very friendly and helpful, but I think to describe the apartment as luxury is a bit of stretch. We agreed just above average.

The apartment was modern with plenty of storage space.

The location does not suit ANYONE who wishes to sleep. The noise is horrendous once the evening starts you can forget about sleeping until 5 - 7am when the last of the party goers have finished screaming. The noise from the golden mile on the evening does not allow for sleep at all. If was like Chinese torture. Would only suit friends who want to party all night and won’t be in the the apartment in the evening. Not suitable for families.

Bery comfortable and perfect location.

Given the location, noise was an issue, particularly the close proximity. However, it did not, and should not deter anyone from staying there. We hope to return in the future.

Great location . Close to the bars, restaurant, shop, club .Very clean and modern apartment . The terrace is gorgeous with a gorgeous view to the sea

The window in the bathroom does not open for ventilation and in the bedroom at night you can hear all the noise from outside as if the windows were open, the pvc windows need to be adjusted to block the noise from outside.

A little too noisy due to central location, good for partying but not sleeping !
