The Apartment is located in a nice, quiet area but on the other hand close to the nearest beach and the center of the island La Passe. We liked the comfortable bed, big refrigerator, small terrace and garden with tropical flowers and palms.

When I entered the kitchen, I was shocked to see the oven, dishes and windows. The only way to understand this is to look at the attached photos. First I cleaned all dishes the best I could. The property has a great potential if properly maintained. At the end my husband and I spent 13 wonderful days on the island.

The location is okay. The room is quiet (when the neighbors don't have parties on the balcony) and surrounded by a nice garden.

The first contact with Miss Linsen was cold and impersonal, no introduction, no recommendations on the island. Communication via whatsapp was slow and difficult due to the poor English of the owner. If you phone her she doesn’t answer. The room is dark, the bed is squeeky and you can feel every spring, the toilet seat is broken, the wardrobe was terribly smelly. Between the bed and the mattress (and in the kitchen as well) lives a colony of ants but miss Linsen said it’s ok. The room has also occasional, huge cockroaches. It took several hours and many messages to have 2 small towels, some toilet paper and the hairdryer which in the end was provided without adaptor and is in very poor condition. The room was cleaned only on day 4, the day before our departure (pointless!). The towels/linen haven’t been changed, however one towel was taken and we had to insist again to have another one. But the worse part - hence our bad review - happened on the day of our departure when Miss. Linsen after confirming the transfer to the jetty (at the cost of 10€), NEVER showed up. She didn’t answer the calls, she simply disappeared. We waiting for her for 30 minutes and then we had to literally run to the ferry with two big luggages and backpack’s on a sandy road to not miss the boat. A few hours later we get a message from her saying that we hadn’t left the room before 11am and that we had put her under pressure because of this. We left the room at 7am like we told her the day before and left our luggage in the common area which we agreed to the day before. And this is why she didn’t come and collect us. We never had such an unrespectful treatment and we are used to travelling and staying in modest and simple accommodations.

very beautiful peaceful calm place , Mme Linsen is just one incredible host , she is just amazing , her flexibility , she even allowed me to stay past check out time since my ferry was only at 4 she provided a pickup service from the jetty for free. the place is super calm, big , perfect to relax and very close to everything honestly. Jennifer her assistant is also incredibly nice and very welcoming. I recommend Linsen without a second thought or doubt
