The decor was amazing and the place was immaculately clean. Was great to have access to a washer and dryer and a kitchen for cooking.

The accommodation was a bit cramped for four people with very limited space for luggage, and one of the beds is directly off the kitchen which wasn't clear in the photos

"Beautiful cute short stay for anyone alone is perfect."

Great access and host was supportive to sort out taxis for me to see hobbiton experience. Great TV access to relax in the evenings.

Only thing I would mention is found snails behind outside seating cushions (I was adjusting cushions to sit).
